OVERVIEW
This laboratory reviews concepts and technical skills in Mathematica.
TASKS
- Functions
-
Create a non-trivial Mathematica function and demonstrate its use.
As a bonus, the function would demonstrate a materials science and
engineering concept or application.
- Lists
- Create a list, matrix, or tensor and perform a Mathematica operation on it.
As a bonus, the list and the operation would demonstrate a materials science and
engineering concept or application.
- Visualization
- Create a non-trivial Mathematica graphic.
As a bonus, the visualization would demonstrate a materials science and
engineering concept or application.
It would be acceptable, but not necessary, to combine all three tasks into single demonstration.
